Social Interaction Group
We are passionate about combating isolation and loneliness amongst the older people of Huddersfield. We are helping older people to maintain their independence by providing them with a variety of services and support. This group meets every Friday – 11.30am-2.30pm – at Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Street, HD1 4TD – £5 including light lunch.

Creative Minds Group
An activity group for people living with dementia and their carer. We meet at Bradley Methodist Church, Bradley Road, HD2 1XD every Thursday – 11am-3pm – £7 including 2 course lunch.
About Us
Huddersfield Harambee Association was founded on 07 July 1982 to relieve need, combat social isolation and advance education among both its members and vulnerable persons who are resident in Kirklees.
We are a charity, registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 No:24465R. We are a not-for-profit organisation and a company limited by guarantee, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to whom we report our yearly financial activities.
